Not medical advice

Nyra is an informational and decision-support tool. Nothing it shows you, and nothing in this page, is medical advice. Reflections, patterns, and check-in trajectories are meant to help you and your care team see what is happening between visits. They are not a substitute for the judgment of a licensed clinician who knows your history.

Not an emergency service

Nyra is not monitored in real time and is not built for emergencies. If you are in crisis or may be in danger, do not wait for Nyra. In the United States you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or call 911 for immediate help. You can also text HOME to 741741 to reach the Crisis Text Line. Outside the United States, contact your local emergency number.

Decision support, not diagnosis

Nyra does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or tell you what is wrong. Validated check-ins such as PHQ-9 and GAD-7 are screening instruments that produce scores, not diagnoses. A score is one signal among many. Only a qualified clinician can interpret it in the context of your full clinical picture and decide what, if anything, it means for you.

No clinician-patient relationship

Using Nyra does not create a clinician-patient relationship between you and Nyra, Humyn LLC, or anyone who works on the product. Nyra supports the relationship you already have with your own care team. It does not replace it, and it does not stand in for a clinician of its own.

Accuracy and limitations of AI-generated signal

Parts of Nyra are generated by language models. Model output can be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong, and it can miss things that matter. Patterns Nyra surfaces are best read as prompts for a conversation, not as conclusions. Always weigh what you see against your own experience and your clinician's assessment, and tell your care team if something looks off.

Always consult a qualified clinician

Never disregard professional medical advice, and never delay seeking it, because of something you read or saw in Nyra. Decisions about diagnosis, medication, and treatment belong with a qualified clinician who is responsible for your care. Bring questions Nyra raises to that clinician rather than acting on them alone.

Apple Health and device data

Any Apple Health or device data Nyra uses is optional and patient-permissioned. Nyra reads sleep, heart-rate variability, and activity only if you grant access, and only read-only, solely to show a quiet weekly correlation with your reflections. This data is not a clinical measurement and should not be treated as one. You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security, then Health.
