Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Nyra, a product of Humyn LLC. By creating an account, accessing, or using Nyra, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Nyra on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Nyra is provided to licensed clinicians and their authorized staff. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. Nyra is not directed to the general public, and access is limited to accounts we provision.

Nyra is a clinician decision-support tool that surfaces source-backed patterns and check-in trajectories for review before a visit. In its current form it runs as a non-PHI demo and does not process protected health information. Nyra is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and does not replace your professional judgment. It is a working tool, and we may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

Clinician accounts are provisioned by us; there is no public sign-up. Patients never sign in to Nyra. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@humyn.studio if you suspect unauthorized use.

Nyra does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for clinical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. Nyra is not monitored in real time and is not an emergency service. Any output is informational only, and you remain solely responsible for clinical decisions. See our medical disclaimer for details.

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Nyra, the Nyra name, the Nyra mark, and all related software, design, and content are the property of Humyn LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you lawfully enter, and you grant us a license to process it only to operate and improve the service.

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humyn LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, surface a notice in the app or on this page. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
